while they are overpaying, i personally wouldn't take it as that is a good number of rares. for bulk trades with rares and dates, i do 3:1 instead of 4:1 for every 2 years. so, 3 '15s = 1 '13 instead of 4 '15s = 1 '13. however this is just me
