Items are typically worth an uncommon of their year. Scenery items are generally pretty popular and hard to trade for, so it wouldn't be unreasonable to value them at a rare. I don't think the rarity math is worth working out (id have to literally go find the dates of each item and multiply it and compare to the 09 rare their side is worth). I personally wouldn't at all. Scenery items are so difficult to find and trade for again... it isn't worth losing.

People value the store pet differently from a few 09 rares to a high advent. What you're willing to pay for it is up to you. The PPS is only worth 1-2 09 early 09 rares and is fairly common.
Imo, you're asking for quite a bit for the Lolita. Lolitas tend to get a sorbet or just over with demand. The true-date joker can get up towards 2 nons. The other pets add up to a low main-list roughly but quantity is valued very highly, and how that's valued is up to both trading partners.
