Is this trade fair? I'm not sure about the grinner in demand-wise. But I would like to seek some advice.

its unfair to them with the C$ rarity wise.
demand wise i wouldn’t. the grinners do not trade fairly and it is hard to trade for a list pet with only c$
i would wait for a better trade since the pps dragon is high demand c:

just the '09 rare + '09 item (worth a c/uc from its release year) would be enough, you are overpaying
