so your dog is a flop-eared pink september, a t7 september list worth 34-45 '09 rares or 5 mid-advents+ a low advent. their rat is one tier above your dog and is worth 38-50 '09 rares or 6 mid-advents, meaning that they are overpaying by 4-5 '09 rares or a low advent list.

as for demand, again, this is entirely up to you whether you value one above the other.
however, usually rats tend to go for less while dogs go for more. hope this helped xx

I agree completely, I wouldn't do this it was a struggle to get rid of my list rats unless it was for chicken dollars I'd stick with the floppy even though it hasn't got the best demand either it seems to go for fair trades.

factoring in the 3-month rule, though, removing the store pet would make the trade slightly unfair to you since the difference is 9 months. If you want all three of their pets I would add something small, since the store pet more than covers the gap left from the month difference.
I'm not entirely sure what would cover that, though, which is why I refrained from answering this one in the first place ahah

this one is tricky, considering all pets have crazy high demand.
however, this is what I usually see them go for- just remember demand fluctuates often, though.

BMD= sorbet, Raven= non, BA= non.
Red Cerb= 2 nons.

just by using very simple math, I'd say you're overpaying with the BMD. but this is entirely based off what I personally see each pet go for, which often changes just as demand does. of course rarity/list-wise you know you're overpaying with the BMD alone, but I'm assuming you want to know more about what they tend to go for/demand.

just my humble opinion- I wouldn't accept the trade. quantity is often sought after, especially with high-demand pets and you can probably get more with those three than just the red cerberus. this is only speculation, though, not a fact.

2. they are overpaying.
3. two of the '09 rares and maybe an added uncommon to fill the month difference would be enough, they are overpaying with all the rest.
