For the first trade: technically this is a lot of overpay, but cerbs regularly go for far more than they're worth while zebras usually go for under. They're very hard to find a fair trade for, and I personally wouldn't take this. Getting a non's worth for them is tough. Personally I'd keep the cerb.

Got no idea about the second, though! I think the BEG goes for about a non, if I remember correctly, and I think the cerb does too. I'm not sure about the demand of the cat, but patchwork + BMD + marionette all have really high demand. All in all, I can't speak about this trade, but personally I probably wouldn't take it. That's just me, though, and I'm by no means an expert.

Please get second opinions, because I'm not a particularly active user and I'm probably making mistakes. My interest in the site spikes around December each year for the advent and then I return to relative inactivity, so I miss a lot of the goings-on around here. What I've said here is just my personal opinion and there are a lot of people who are more well-informed than I. I hope this helped a little, though!
