The Cupid's Arrow & Quiver are worth a rare/very rare '09 as a set, so unfair to you. Their side is worth less than a '09 rare and there's more old items on your side.

No one can tell you if the first trade is fair, as the UR peas doesn't have a set value. The UR pineapple is worth 2 sorbets + UR apple, so if it's what you value your peas at, then it's fair.

strictly rarity wise, most 2011 store pets are technically worth more than the raven already so the basilisk would've been more than enough
list wise the raven only got placed as high as it did or got onto the list in the first place because of "demand" and you're still overpaying
with reapplied/greedy 'demand', that's completely up to you and your partner to decide and work out, as everyone values it drastically different
