nobody can tell you the answer to this, since the strawberry is a new UR, released a couple days ago there is no rarity and demand is decided among two trading partners. it's really up to you to decide whether you'd like to trade it or not!

It is hard to determine whether or not trades for the new URs are fair or not due to there not being a set worth yet. However I would personally I find the mint Tess horse an absolute pain to trade off later on so I wouldn’t accept.

It would be unfair to you no matter the outcome of your pet.
Your pet could be the Grown White Scarf Dog, which is worth 3-4 '09 rares (their side seems to be worth less than 2 '09 rares).
Your pet could ALSO be the Scarf PPS, which is worth 3 Mid Advents / about 19-24 '09 rares.
