Not even close to fair. It's worth minimum 3 09' rares (as it's a tier 1) but often goes for more due to demand

Actually if you notice the C$ they’re close. The purple slep being tier 1 is worth 55 C$ currently.

A 2010 uncommon is usually worth a rare from two years after, so a 2012 rare. You’re technically over but it’ll come down to personal preference for them.

Not quite -
The bottom is worth 2 2009 Rares
The top now adds up to just slightly over 1 2009 Rare - the 2014 and 2018 Rares are too recent to close the gap
