The buckskin pps is a tier 2 advent and the 2012 store pets are tier 1 advents so the side with the alien dog would need to add 1 09R to make it fair
It's up to you to decide if you want to trade your list rat for rares, I personally trade lists for rares sometimes if I like the offer, but some people don't like to do it!

I would say it's unfair to you. The ur rat is going to be moved up the list as you can see here.
The current poll has the coontail as the lowest option, so I wouldn't take this.
