Blue and pink are worth three 'medium or common rarity' 08 Septembers (like red rose, blue rose, target). Non-balloon is worth a bit more, probably around four septembers.

And if it helps, I can also say that Septembers are worth about 3-5 08 Advents/each.

Well, Rose PPS is not a common September, I think that +light leopard or target would be fair for blue/pink balloon dog.

I explained the rarity differences of the balloon dogs in my last post. Non-balloon (the floppy-eared one with out the balloon) is worth a bit more than the two others. ^^
