Well, a "fair" swap would be one of the more common August 08 dogs. (Red Toxic, Gearback Tribal, Blue Balloon, Pink Balloon, Line Tribal.)
Due to the high demand for them, though; people will generally be willing to pay more than the fair price. c:

First Dog:
This dog is a rare January 09, and though every dog from the set is now rare, it is the rarest of the set. c:
Through the trades that I've done involving this dog, I've found that it's genrally worth a few early 09 uncommons, or another January 09 rare. You may be able to get one of the more common 08 advents with it if a few uncommons are added to its side, or perhaps one of the more common November 08 dogs, if you're lucky. X3

Second Dog:
This dog is a rare August 09, and the rarest from the litter.
When it first came out it was worth a lot; I got four 08 uncommons with mine. Now, however, you can probably get a few early 09 uncommons or an early-mid 09 rare for it.

Third Dog:
Though not the rarest of the set, this dog is a rare Febuary 09. You could get another early 09 rare for it, or quite a few uncommons/rares from later 09. c:
