Been waiting 8 years to have a kitty what looks like my baby, Peppermint. <3 I love her so much!
Oh and she came out in my birthday month, too. My birthday is in 1 week.

Sadly I'm really not a fan of the store pets. I get it's a style a lot of people may like, but they just seem really rushed to me..? Maybe that's the best way to put it. I'm not sure. I see where sketchi was coming from, but definitely not my favorite work out of them. Hopefully the next batch of them will look more appealing to me.
On another note, I am very very excited to see the 2nd gen pets! I love the pair that is being used, and thing their colors will mech very well!

For me I just feel like some of the edits, like the face and ears, are much stronger than some of the others, such as the wings. They also don't appear to have a consistent theme to them to me, but I felt the same way with the dragon store pets, which had a theme. I think it's just the way both sets were executed that just really don't appeal to me unfortunately. It's great that there's still plenty of people who do like them so they definitely won't go unnoticed.

The second gens are also ones I'm looking forward to the second gens, particularly this one:

I somewhat hoarded a sibling to the coco parent, or really kept pets based on the design. I'm hoping if this one is similar to the parent enough to add it in too.

i had a white angora named Remi growing up, so this is the perfect pet!! ♡♡♡♡ this one and the grey one are my favourites of the set.

I'm not a huge fan of the store pets either. I do like the gray one and I bought one, but the others just feel a little off somehow. The horn on the black one seems a little out of place, and I don't really like the color combo of the paint splotches on the brown one. And the fact that the white one doesn't have any wings at all makes it seem out of place, sort of? I do like that they're on the sitting cat line art, and the design ideas are interesting, they're just not my thing I suppose.

It's always quite refreshing to see them done in a different color, i have to agree, the tiny blush is also a nice touch as well with these guys.

I've been looking forward to sitting cats getting a shot at store pets but I'm not really into some of the designs. I like the longer tail. I like the two colored eyes but I don't understand the lines on the white cat? I would have liked to have seen cats people could associate with more I guess.
Not really into the paint and smiley faces either. Maybe next time.
