2014 store = (mid) 09 rare
2018 store = (late) 2010 rare
5 2018 stores = 2.5 (late) 09 rares so it’s unfair to the 2018 side

carousel store was available into 2012
as of right now, 2012 store = 2 09 rares

09 vr = 2 09 rares, so this is pretty fair
