It is unfair to you. Even if the rate house on their side is worth quite a lot, the alicorn on your side is a overtrade by itself due to demand and date. The rest makes it even more of an overtrade for you.

The horse on the top is an advent list(worth around 4.5 2009 rares) so rarity wise this trade is unfair to the top as the bottom doesn’t even add up to 3.5 2009 rares, demand wise (personally) I think it’s fair as I. Lair the alicorn at 2 2009 rares and the rest at normal value

Unfair to the horse, the rat side needs to get rid of the 2016 uncommon and replace it with a 2010 uncommon (maybe two)
