Valuing the '12 store pets at a tier 1 advent each, your side is worth 19.5 mid advents.
The winged wood angel is worth 21 mid advents, so this is slightly unfair to the top of the trade.

1: I'm pretty sure this is fair, as store pets are usually worth a 2010 rare (right?), but what makes me unsure is that the tiger is rare instead of very rare like store pets usually are.
2: What do I need to add/remove from my side to make it fair if I'm taking off this pet? I have very little knowledge of list pets and their worth ;w;;;

2018 rare: 1-3 C$
2017 rare: 2-4 C$
2010 rare: 25-30ish C$
2010 uncommon: 6-8 C$
So about 34-45 C$ in total, not taking demand into account

on their side, there is already a 2014 common, so they would need another 2014 common to make up for the gap in rarity (if you use the 2:1 ratio)

they have 2 2018 rares (2016 uncommon each) = 2015 uncommon = 2 2015 commons = 1 2014 common

plus a 2017 rare and a 2018 uncommon.

so it would be overpay on their side,, get a second opinion though, i dont know whether the fox has any type of demand or something c:
