Uncommons and below have no set C$ value. There are some examples here that may help you with valuing your pet. Personally, I value a 2019 uncommon at roughly .5 C$. You're absolutely free to value your pet differently though. :)

That Store Pet was released this year. As demand has risen for store pets I'd value it at around 25-30C$. As it isnt available to buy in store anymore but is still a recent store pet.
