So ive just been sent this trade and the person who sent it has asked me to make an offer in c$ on them. It's a lot of pets tho and I'm really unsure as to how much would be fair. Any suggestions?

I do not believe that there have been any 2018 Very Rares released - but I believe it would fall within the 2018 Rare range of 1-3 C$

2018 Full Cake Set = 78 Items = 1 2018 Common/Uncommon for each piece

Free release items are usually valued at 1 Common, and token trade in items are usually valued at 1 Uncommon - but it depends on you and your trading partner and how you value them

Uncommons and below do not have a set C$ value - the first page, third post down has a rough guide for pricing

From what I have seen 2018 Uncommons are valued around 0.5 C$ and 2018 Commons are valued around 0.25 C$

Making a full 2018 Cake Set worth roughly 19.5-39 C$

I also want to just add that something that large with such huge quantity has its own worth. No one can pin down or give you an exact worth, and I’d recommend more just trying to come to an agreement with whoever you’re trading with. ^^
