The first one is better than the second, there is a couple of tiers between the red rose and the pink sept, Ask them to add accordingly.

As for the items on the second trade, I am a little bit unsure about that.
But items do not have the best of demand and are VERY difficult to trade off

I personally wouldn't pay more than a mid advent for the Sleipnir. ^^
