Unfair to you. Your '15 store pet would be fair for their two '18 store pets, but the other pets on their side don't add up to a '17 store pet which is worth a mid rare '10.

I know it's unfair to the other side by about a mid advent.
How often does the floppy pink september fetch its worth though?

this pink sept litter is like grinners. if you are patient and wait for a trade offer you may have to wait quite a while. if you go out to trade for it's worth however it may be easier to get what you're looking for. It took me a day to trade my pink stripped September for it's worth but because the floppy pink is a higher tier, depending on if you want quantity or not, it may take longer than that.

the grinners on your side may be slightly easier to trade off since they are on a lower tier and because your side is considered quantity it may be easier to get offers for that as well...

the llama is a good high demand pet but in reality, it adds almost nothing to this offer (rarity wise).

this person is basically overpaying for the demand of your quantity since your side is probably easier to trade off fairly so it's up to you if you think a llama is fair enough overpay.

One '10 uncommon is usually valued at one '11 uncommon. A '10 uncommon is worth twice as much as an '11 uncommon. You are overpaying by one '11 uncommon and one '12 rare.
