Unfair to you since theirs is a low advent and a 09 rare worth of store pets meanwhile your holly is worth more a couple more 09 rares than that

I mostly agree but it depends on where you value the Candy Cane Horse.
If you value the Candy Cane Horse at the low end of its worth it is unfair by 1-2 2009 Rares but if you value it higher then the trade is fair (valuing the Holly at the low end of its worth).

Candy Cane Tess Horse = Tier 2 Advent = 4-5 2009 Rares
2 2018 Store Pets = 2 2010 Rares = 1 2009 Rare
Top Side Total Worth: 5-6 2009 Rares

Red-Fronted Holly Dog = Tier 5 Advent = 6-7 2009 Rares

Personally I wouldn’t accept. The candy cane horse isn’t a particularly high demand advent and while neither is the red fronted holly, dogs tend to trade more easily than horses as a general rule. The store pets come close to filling the gap, but together they’d be worth a late 09 rare at most - not something I’d personally consider a solid enough deal to cover that gap. There are two tiers between the candy cane horse and the red fronted holly - the “smaller” gap Kkspecial described would be more applicable if the 09 rate value was closer to an early-mid 09 rare. You’d want to consider the larger gap when talking about late 09 rares - or in this case two late 10 rates.
