im pretty sure this is fair because of the age gap between the 2012 and 2014 uncommons and the extra rares, (ive heard 2012 uc= 2014 r= 2016 vr) but id get a second opinion

I disagree. The top adds up to less than a '12 rare.
The bottom of the trade is worth an early 2010 rare, so it's unfair to the 2016 store pet.
