It's unfair to the bunny in both trades; there needs to be older pets.

The first trade is actually overpay. The bunny is only worth 80 C$, and the other side is offering 150 C$.

I would say unfair to the person with all the pets on one side because there are some very old, rare, and high demand pets on that side, and quite a few to say the least. I would get a second opinion on this trade tho.

fair for their 2015 rare?

No, I think that there needs to be more because a 2015 rare is worth around 8 2018 rares depending on the demand and such.
