Your lists add up to about 30 mid advents + a low advent. That's a mid advent more than the line tribal tier.
(Your commons/uncommons/few non list rares don't really make a difference in this.)
The UR butterbun is worth 74 mid advents, so the trade is unfair to the other side.

Unfair to you. The other side is offering enough for the tier 1 advent, but they're not offering enough for your other malk.
The grown malk is worth 2 '09 rares, and their '14-'17 rares don't add up to that. (Not counting re-releases.)
If you happen to value the zodiac at 2 '09 rares, then it could be considered fair.
Zodiacs are usually valued at 1 '09 rare, however. Going by that value, the trade is still unfair to you.

christmas tree dog (t5 advent) = 6-7 '09 rares
their side = spiderwing bwolf (t1 advent, 3-4 '09 rares) + '09 vr rat (2 '09 rares) = ~5-6 '09 rares

unfair to you by roughly an '09 rare, which i would get them to add if you're looking to trade down. demand/what pets you prefer is up to you. ^^
