Demand-wise, you could get more than that. I got an offer on mine for a low advent, though they can go for up to a midadvent.

You’re actually overpaying by rarity. ^^
The dark heart rat alone is worth 15 midadvents. Their side has 16 midadvents, leaving one. The other pets on your side add up to roughly 14 2009 rares. A T7 advent is worth 7-8 2009 rares, so you’re overpaying by 6-7 2009 rares.

I agree ^^
However from what I have seen the Dark Heart Rat does not have the best demand and tends to go for underpay.
I would look into getting an opinion with the demand of the Dark Heart considered.
