I really need to know if both of these are fair for both sides.

1st trade: fair since 2 2009 rares = 1 2009 VR and their pets are re-releases from 2009
2nd trade: they're overpaying since their rat is a re-release from 2009 and just that alone would make the trade fair

I love my hollyfox dog, but if this is a great trade how could I pass it down? What is the demand on the cake dogs? Is this a good or bad trade if you include demand? Tyia!
