the 2016 very rare would usually go for AT LEAST 2 2015 rares which already makes the trade unfair. I'm not sure demand wise but rarity wise it is definitely overpay on your side

2018 Store Pets = Late 2010 Rare
Based on that alone you are overpaying by the difference between an Early and a Late 2010 Rare for the Griffon Store Pets however the PPS Griffon from what I have seen has a decent demand. As demand is user based it is up to you on how you value the PPS Griffon.
I would get another opinion just to be sure - maybe from someone who knows the demand of the PPS Griffon a bit better.
