The sitting cat alone is overpay as it's a tier higher than your dragon.
Demand is up to you and your trading partner.

If you took out the cat and owl, the trade would be fair. Your dragon is worth 2 mid advents, and the two dogs are mid advents. c:

The two horses and pps is worth approximately (at least)11-14(at most) 09 rates.
The vixen is worth 7-8 09 rares so this is extremely over.
The scarf PPS is approximately worth 21 09 rares.

So if you truly value the vixen at a scarf PPS, this trade is under by: 21-14= approximately 7 09 rares.

So to make it easy, they would need to add a mid advent.
