Most of my uncertainty is because of the rare they're asking for. It's the PPS Cocoon from this past Easter, and I'm not sure a 2014 Uncommon regular release dog is a good trade for it.
In my opinion, this is fair. A '14 uncommon is worth a '15 rare (in my opinion) - so they're pretty much overtrading for it
Eh, I don't think many people would agree that a '14 uncommon equals a '15 rare. Usually it's considered to be an uncommon equals a rare two years older (so a '14 uncommon equals a '16 rare) but even then, you'd have a hard time finding someone to trade their '16 rare for a single '14 uncommon. However, I do agree that the trade is likely unfair to the top. There's a pretty significant gap in dates between the cocoon and the '14 dog that should more than make up for the gap in rarity. The unknown rarity pets do make it a bit trickier. The dragon will probably be common or uncommon, and the dog is probably uncommon, but there is a possibility it could be rare.
