these all look pretty good! here is how i would comment about them personally:
1 and 4 are equal in value. Both BEG and UR Fox go for a non. the apple is in both trades. Its up to preference.
2 and 3 are also equal in value, theoretically, but some might appreciate the actual non more since it is TD.

Technically speaking, the pets they are offering to you is a little over a 2013 common. Personally though I don't like trading away newer rares for older commons. The are definitely overpaying by the 2011 dog alone.
