Out of curiosity, is this trade asking for too much?

In my opinion, this is too much. Maybe the 2012 rare and like a few more would be fair.
Get a second opinion though:)

What would be considered "a few" then? They've countered with the 2012 and one 2017, and that just seems too low to me.

Out of curiosity, is this trade asking for too much? I know some people dislike trading large numbers of new rares for older rares, but I'm hoping this isn't too steep a request. If so, I'd like to know how to fix it.

I value one '11 rare as two '12 rares. The quantity rares on their side is worth a '12 rare, so along with the '12 rare PPS pony, I'd consider it fair, though they might not want to trade their quantity rares for an older rare.

8 '17 rares = 4 '16 rares
4 + 8 '16 rares = 12 '16 rares
2 '15 rares = 4 '16 rares
12 + 4 '16 rares = 16 '16 rares
16 '16 rares = 8 '15 rares
8 '15 rares = 4 '14 rares
4 '14 rares = 2 '13 rares
2 '13 rares = 1 '12 rare

1 + 1 '12 rares = 2 '12 rares
2 '12 rares = 1 '11 rare

Thank you soul, I did the math similarly...I'm guessing they don't want to trade for quantity, so I'll have to find myself another trade partner who might. I would appreciate a third opinion, if anyone offers to break the tie between fair/unfair though!

Your pet is on the advent list and is worth 7-9 2009 rares. A 2018 store pet = a 2010 rare and 2 2010 rares = a 2009 rare so the store pets provide 2 2009 rares. Then there's 5 other 2009 rares included in the trade so that's 7 2009 rares total. The trade was fair ^^

i wouldn't. there are no old uncommons, and while there is quantity, the quality is... meh. you could get more for those rares.
