It's very unfair to you. Their side is worth roughly 8 '09 rares, which is equal to one mid advent.
The blue rose is worth 7 mid advents.

They're both pretty fair.
The grey mini husky is worth 5-6 '09 rares.
The first trade is worth roughly 5 '09 rares + a '10 rare.
The second is worth 5 '09 rares. (I'm unsure of the worth of the items, sorry!)

The elemental cats have pretty good demand, so while I think it's fair if you don't consider demand, you could probably get more for the fire cat or at least an '09 rare with better demand for it.
