1. Unfair to you. The Gap between a Red Toxic and Grapes/Sorbet is about a Balloon Dog.
2. Unfair to them. Just the UR Rat would be overpay as it's worth a Sorbet + Red-X PPS.

The rat can usually swap for at least a sorbet so regardless the other side is still overpaying.

Depends on how you value the fox. Assuming you value it at a non at least then they're overpaying slightly. If you value the fox higher or you value the flower less than it's worth then it's unfair to you
