I'm really unsure.
I know it's overpay demand and rarity wise, however I've struggled immensely to trade off nons.

Well, I'd say that's a decent trade since I believe that those pets tend to fetch around 1 sorbet when factoring demand, but it's up to you c:
If you've had trouble trading off nons in the past, i'd say don't accept

How fair is this? I'm not too keen on rats, so I'd be really hesitant to accept unless the demand is high or they're seriously overpaying.

unfair to you. Their store pet is worth a late '09 rare and your draft is a '09 vr, so the other pets don't fill the gap.
