Unfair to them as your side is only worth 1/4 of their rare
Demand is just up to you if you're happy with this or not.

# 3 may be a better pick. store pets have a good demand and the two bunnies are over pay. also it's hard to trade off uncommons for rares so the first one may be unfair demand wise to you.
