Opinions about the overpay?

Since '17 rares are currently valued at 1-3 c$, I would value '18 rares at .5 - 1.5 c$, so I would say that it's pretty big overpay on their side, especially since you can get a '09 rare with how much they offered (a mid-early '09 I believe)
