I'm not the best with item trades so I advise you to get a second opinion but I believe most of those items are store items or not that old (not worth that much) yet so you can easily get them.
They're asking for your September List, and while I know I'm not good with item trades, I'd say this is pretty, if not a lot, unfair to you.

I wouldn't accept it if I were you, but like i said, get a second opinion!^^

personally, I would accept it. I haven't seen really many of the birthday pets (excluding the malk dragon) go for '09 rares. but it's entirely up to how you value your pets.

for malk bd pets I usually get 2010 - 09 rares offered so yeah its a bit crazy. I think they a losing a bit of demand though so its all up to you to accept; they are obviously overpaying!

the rat is from August 09. The bunny is a re-release from late 2009. The store pets are together worth an early-mid '09 rare. The b-wolf is worth a '10 uc and fills the gap a little more but it would also be fair without it <3

I've no idea about the first one, I know the wigs are from the store however. I recommend asking the item worth thread about this one.

Their rat is a flower/toxic rat, it's a tier 6 September list, worth 33 - 40 rares. I've no idea what it's demand is like.
Your side is equal to 16-17 2009 rares (Santa hat dog = 6-7 2009 rares), so you're far under.
