This is unfair to you, but not by much. A 2014 store pet is worth a mid-2009 rare, and they are offering a late 09 rare. Please get a second opinion, but I think an 09 uncommon may need to be added on their side to make it fair? I suck at rarity math.

Please dont use crazy fonts and colors to gain attention, its against the thread rules.
A 2013 store pet is worth an early 09 rare, so they are overpaying as I see 3 09 rares in there, and the other pets just add to it. Im unsure of demand for the kitsune though, so get a second opinion. Ive gotten worse offers, this doesnt look bad at all.

The most your side adds up to would be a High September (valuing the lioness and cheshire at a mid advent each). It would be very unfair to the Sorbet.

Their side adds up to a little more than 1.5 '09 rares. Your cat is worth 2 '09 rares, so it's unfair to you.
If you want specifics, their side is worth: '09 rare + '10 rare + '13 rare + '15 rare + '16 uncommon/'18 rare
