is this fair? I've never dealt with C$ so I have no idea... also wondering what i could possibly get for just 5C$ (im not into items very much) so I'm not sure it would be worth it to accept anyway? what do you guys think

They are over trading (the pets will be uncommon at most and 2 '17 commons = an '18 uncommon I believe), but people are over trading or the cs 10th birthday pets. However, if you only have one of each of those pets, I would advise you to keep them as they may become more valuable as time passes.

ur fox = coontail?

the fox usually goes for 1 to 1.5 nons, whereas the coontail is worth 2.
although people often tend having a slightly difficult time getting
rid of coontails, more so than the fox, however, it would still be
unfair to the coontail, both demand and rarity wise, as the coontail
can still get 2 nons, depending on your partner's outlook on it.
