Your dog is only worth 2 '09 rares, and they're offering 3.5 '09 rares so they're overpaying. However, most of what they're offering has low demand. It's really up to you if you want this trade or not.

I am aware this is an unfair trade, as my side is worth 10 '09 rares and the opposing side is worth 6 or 7. What do I need to take away to make is fair?

I can only give advice on the second one.

It depends on how much you personally value the zodiac dog and the 09 bwolf, seeing as the zodiac dogs (with demand) go for around a 09 rare. The other pets may be there to balance out the demand. Either way, however you value the pets in this trade can make it go from fair to an over trade, as demand wise it is around fair, maybe over.

The second one they'd be overpaying rarity and date wise, but their pets don't have that good of demand (you should get more opinions though since I'm not to great at this ^^;)
