I personally wouldn't -- while store pets have been growing in demand recently, it's still possible to get liontails for 1-1.5 sorbets if you find the right person.
Your side is all high demand -- the Marionette goes for a Sorb easily, as does the Blue Dragon. The BMD historically has gone for Balloon tier, but recently I've seen a bit of a spike in demand, having many people offer Sorbets for my BMD when I had one.
If you value the BMD at a balloon dog, your side would equal approx 2.25 sorbets demand-wise. If you value the BMD at a Sorbet, you'd be offering a Non's worth, in quantity. I've only ever seen the Green Liontail go for that much; I just personally don't feel like it's worth it.
Of course demand is up to you/your trade partner though, so if you really want that Liontail, it's up to you. :D
