The person said they were overpaying, though I'd like to know what their side is worth and is it fair demand wise?

They are overpaying rarity wise since the dragon cat PPS isn't actually worth more than an 09 rare and their side is worth about a high advent list
There's no set value on demand for anything, it's completely up to you if you're happy taking that or not.

Just the 2011 common on their side would be fair, everything else is overpay
