Their side = 270 mid advents
Your side = 268 mid advents
You'd have to add 2 mid advents to your side. A late '09 rare should be added to their side as well since your 2015 store pet is worth that.
If you want to know if this is fair demand wise, that's up to you and your trading partner. If you value the tribals a little less than what they're worth, this could be considered fair then.

Could I get some advice on this?
My current long-ish term goal is to trade for the Eat Me/Drink Me, so I'm not sure if it'll be worth trading quantity up when all 3 of the pets I need are at approx. Sorbet-level demand. On the other hand, I know the UR Bee has good (?) demand, and it's worth quite a bit higher than my side, even if I valued my Sleipnir at a Non.

EDIT: How easily does the Patchwork go for a Sorbet? I know it can, I'm just not sure if that's one of those super-lucky catches or if it's standard demand.
