they are overpaying by quite a bit- the cake dog is worth 6 mid advents; they are only asking for a high advent and a low advent (about 1/3-1/4 of its value). the cake dog doesn't have the greatest demand and usually goes for underpay, but not this much. this trade is pretty unfair to them. it's up to you whether you want to trade up though.

Ravens typically go for a Non (sometimes more) with demand, and they have a Non on their side + more. Whether you want to accept is up to you.

depends what you and your trading partner values the raven at. I value the raven at 1-2 nons,
so to me, i would do it. but again, depends what you and your partner values the raven at.
