IDK since there is a rat for 2010 on there side and mines a store pet?

your store pet is worth a mid-late '10 rare, so the rat alone is fair.

What about rat demand?

rats tend to have some lower demand compared to dogs or store pets, so I'd probably just keep the store pet, but in the end it's up to you :)

looks slightly unfair to them. according to the Rares List thread a gray mini husky tier is worth 5-6 mixed '09 rares.
I'd get a second opinion to be sure though. ^-^

rarity wise, all trades are unfair to them as their pets are placed higher on the list.
speaking of demand, the zebra usually goes for 1.5 nons or two if you're patient. The banana also usually goes for only a non, but with patience, you can get 2 nons out of it. I wouldn't take any of these tho.
