The bunny is not a store pet. It's a 2010 christmas bunny.
I believe this trade is slightly unfair to the top due to the
3 month rule though - as their pet is dated earlier. But I
would get a second opinion just to make sure because I'm
not entirely sure if the 3 month rule exactly applies with
pets that are a different species from each other. ^^

unfair to them due to the three month rule. the bun is not a store pet. it may have slightly more demand due to it being an event pet and a bun, but personally I think the age gap makes up for it.

looks slightly unfair to them. according to the Rares List thread a gray mini husky tier is worth 5-6 mixed '09 rares.
I'd get a second opinion to be sure though. ^-^

each zodiac dog is worth a very early '10 rare, but most go for around a mid '09 rare Each.

currently your side is worth 1 late '09 rare OR an early '10 rare + '09 uncommon
(each store pet is worth a mid '10 rare each)
+ a 2011 rare + ~1.5 '13 rares

so your a fair way off what would be a good trade for all of the zodiac dogs (6 '09 rares OR ~mid advent's worth)
