I believe it is unfair to you, according to this item guide, one garland/light would be worth a sept/main list each, and the ornaments one advent each. I'm not sure about the pants.

Rarity-wise it's unfair to the top since their horse is from late 2009 and the Zodiac dogs go by the 3 month rule.
However the Zodiac dogs have been known to go for an 09 rare/very rare. Which would make the trade fair.

It's up to you on how you value it. :3

Unfortunately I can only help with the second trade here. ;w;

The Blue Scarf dog is a 1st tier advent worth 3-4 mixed 09 rares and the rat on your side is worth a mid 09 rare or 2 mid 2010 rares.
Top side is offering about 5 09 rares and a 2010 rare depending on how you value uncommons to rares. I"m using 4-5 uc = 1 rare from that year.

So on that note the top is overpaying by about a 2010 rare.

the balloon dog is worth approx 505 C$
your side is worth approx 567 C$

would be more than fair C$ worth wise for the balloon,
but be aware that people often don't hold C$ very highly when considering list pet trades

unfair to you. The skele pps is worth 2 mid advents more than the wolf pps, so the pets & items don't fill the gap.
