Is this trade fair? I'm super new here and I have no idea what to do with this. I have some of the rats on my wishlist, yes, but at the same time I've gotten attached to the two pets the user wants from me. Would this be this a fair trade though?

unfair to them, their two '10 uncommon rats would add to an '11 rare plus
they have the other pets as well, your side only adds to a '16 rare.
valuing a rare at four uncommons from the same year
