these items are from the halloween 2022 event.
items (or sets) are typically worth one to two uncommon pets from their equivalent release year. or you could say event, in this case.

small items like the ghosts may have value as collectables, but i don't think it'd have much weight in trade value.

Do you have a larger image of it? It loos like it's part of something but it's really hard to tell with a cropped image. If it's on someone else's pet you can crop out the name of the owner if need be.

Oh wow, yeah it shows up as the PPS version. The version here is the adult dog.

I think I was more focused on the item underneath it and trying to figure out what item was a combo of the two.
