since there are 3x of it released in each freebie, the item would be worth less than a recent OMGSC

I'd put it at a 2011 Uncommon. it came as a set of two items, so I think 1 2011 Uncommon per item would be fair: archive/2011/Halloween/Items/?pageStart=10

< also the blue, purple, red, orange and yellow variants.

the bathtub can be bought as a set in store, consisting of 35 items and priced at 24c$. this makes the bathtub on its own to be 1.5c$ - roughly 1 2018 Uncommon according to this guide

the paint splotch is a current free release item obtainable in store (same link as above, beneath the bathtub), making it worth around a recent OMGSC.

the same goes for the bridle, saddle, and horse blankets, which would all be worth a recent OMGSC each owing to them being current free release items obtainable in store

the cheese hat is worth a 2010 Uncommon

the horse plushie is worth a 2011 Uncommon

- arched black cat = current store item, store/category.php?id=5&pageStart=12 comes in a set of 3 at 15c$ so 5c$ per item

- skeleton = 2012 Uncommon

Hello! I just received a trade offer that I feel is fair, but I’m an absolute novice when it comes to the particular value of items

They are offering a 2013 Halloween Dragon Scythe for my 2013 Summer: Sleeping Party Angelic Sword.

Given they are from the same year, is it fair? Or does one have more demand/rarity over the other?

I really appreciate any and all help!

The dragon scythe was a free item and therefore easier to find; the angelic sword is a token item and worth more, so no they're not equal. Furthermore the angelic sword is a multi-step token, meaning it wasn't a banner grab.
