No! Even though sitting cats have higher demand, the dog alone would be good and almost/is overpay. The vr is un-needed.

its still WAY not enough.
a non and a sorbet's worth of pets is still needed.

the grey dog ?? you'd need TWO of those to get a sorbet.
and a non is 3 sorbets.
so they'd need to make up the value of 4 sorbets essentially.

Question about this.. I'm trying to trade up the rares list for a dreamie. Would the dog give me a better chance at that if I accepted this? Or should I keep the rat?

Personally I believe a dog is easier to trade up with than a rat! Rats tend to deter people from wanting to trade (in my personal experience ^^) due to their poor demand.
